Taylor’s Roofing is a locally-owned and operated roofing contractor in Central Florida. With over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial roofing services, we have the expertise you need to take care of any job. From a comprehensive roof repair after a storm, to a full roof replacement or new roof installation, we do it all.
We’ll work with you through every step of the process to ensure that you feel comfortable with our decision to repair the damages or replace everything entirely. You can trust that our team will never sell you something that you don’t need. Instead, we promise to treat your roof like it was our own and your budget as if it was our personal mission to hit.
Our Team
We recognize that every roof and project is entirely unique. That’s why we won’t start your job until we come out to the site for a free estimate. Then our fully-licensed and insured contractors will devise a plan that either extends the life of your roof or provides you with a brand new roof at a reasonable cost.

Scott’s journey in the roofing industry began in 2001, where he embarked as a laborer, laying the foundational stones of his career. Through diligence and determination, he steadily ascended the ranks, mastering the intricacies of roofing craftsmanship. His expertise expanded to encompass various facets of the trade, from applying sprayed polyurethane roof foam and coatings to executing installations across flat and steep slope roof systems.
Scott’s proficiency grew with each role he undertook, culminating in supervisory positions and eventually transitioning into estimator and project management roles. Recognizing the importance of professional accreditation, he decided in 2011 to obtain his roofing contractor’s license, enabling him to undertake projects within the State of Florida with enhanced authority and expertise.
The following year marked another milestone in Scott’s career as he assumed the role of the qualifying agent for Taylor’s Industrial Coatings, overseeing the execution of industrial roof applications with precision and proficiency. As the company rebranded in 2018, evolving into Taylor’s Roofing, LLC., Scott seamlessly transitioned into the role of Director, steering the organization towards continued growth and success.
Beyond the realm of roofing, he cherishes moments spent with his family and friends, relishing the bonds they share. As an outdoorsman, he finds respite in activities such as hunting and fishing, immersing himself in the tranquility of nature. Additionally, he takes great pride and delight in supporting his two daughters and son as they pursue their passions on the diamond in addition to other sports, finding fulfillment in their achievements and growth.
AARON ADKINSON
Director
Aaron is the epitome of dedication, expertise, and leadership within Taylor’s Roofing. His journey with the company began in 2018 when he joined as a client care specialist, but his impact and influence quickly propelled him into his current role as Director. With an unwavering commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of every facet of the roofing industry, Aaron oversees business development with precision and foresight, ensuring that Taylor’s Roofing remains at the forefront of innovation and service.
In his role as Director, Aaron’s responsibilities extend across all aspects of the company, from internal operations to field production. His strategic vision and hands-on approach ensure that every project is executed with efficiency, quality, and a relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction. Aaron’s leadership sets the standard for excellence within the company, inspiring his team to reach new heights and exceed expectations at every turn.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Aaron is a devoted family man and an avid outdoorsman. He finds joy and fulfillment in coaching youth sports and sharing his passion for motocross racing with his children. Whether he’s hunting in the wilderness or casting a line in a tranquil fishing spot, Aaron embraces the thrill of outdoor adventure.
Moreover, Aaron is deeply committed to giving back to his community and making a positive impact on the lives of others. He is passionate about mentoring individuals on the road to recovery, providing guidance, support, and encouragement as they navigate their journey towards a brighter future. CHRISTINA JONES
Administrative Assistant
Christina is a true hometown hero, born and raised in Lake Wales, and now proudly serving her community as an integral part of Taylor’s Roofing. With over a decade of experience in administrative work and management, coupled with a robust background in customer service, Christina embodies the perfect blend of professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.
Joining the Taylor’s Roofing family in early 2023, Christina wasted no time in making her mark on the team. From the outset, she has been a driving force in the smooth operation of daily tasks, seamlessly transitioning between various responsibilities, including job support, customer care, accounting, and personnel management. Her dedication and positive outlook infuse every aspect of her work, ensuring that both internal operations and client interactions are conducted with precision and a genuine commitment to excellence.
Outside of the office, Christina finds solace and joy in her family and the natural world around her. As a devoted family woman, she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones, embracing laughter, and creating cherished memories together. Christina’s passion for the outdoors extends to her love for exotic plants, finding beauty and tranquility in cultivating lush greenery. KERI COOK
Project Manager
Keri is a seasoned professional with a passion for customer service and a knack for project management. Joining Taylor’s Roofing in early 2023, Keri brought with her over a decade of experience in customer service, coupled with six-plus years of account and project management within the construction industry.
Since her arrival, Keri has become an indispensable member of the team, playing a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and development of customer accounts. Her keen attention to detail and proactive approach ensures that clients receive the highest level of service and support throughout their projects. Additionally, Keri provides invaluable assistance to the administration and sales teams, streamlining processes and facilitating seamless communication to enhance overall efficiency.
Beyond her professional achievements, Keri finds joy and relaxation in her personal pursuits. An enthusiast of speed and adrenaline, she delights in spending her free time at the racetrack, indulging her passion for automotive photography along the way. Yet, amidst the excitement of the track, Keri’s greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her family, cherishing moments of connection, and creating lasting memories together.
NICHOLAS GILBERT
Client Care Specialist
Nick is a vital member of Taylor’s Roofing team, bringing his expertise and passion for customer care to his role as a Client Care Specialist. Joining the company in 2021, Nick has quickly established himself as an invaluable asset, dedicated to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of every client he serves.
With a specialization in residential roofing and a solid foundation in commercial bidding and applications, Nick’s comprehensive understanding of the industry allows him to address the diverse needs of our clientele with precision and efficiency. Drawing upon his background in hospitality, Nick places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, consistently going above and beyond to exceed expectations and foster positive relationships with each interaction.
Outside of the office, Nick embraces his love for leisure and adventure. Whether he’s teeing off on the golf course, immersing himself in the energy of live concerts, or exploring new destinations through travel, Nick embraces life with enthusiasm and zest. His diverse interests reflect his vibrant personality and his commitment to embracing every opportunity for enjoyment and personal growth.
STEVE WILMOTH
Site Superintendent
Steve is the cornerstone of precision and quality craftsmanship within Taylor’s Roofing, serving as our esteemed Residential Roofing Superintendent. With nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project he oversees.
Having spent approximately six years in custom home building, Steve possesses a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in residential construction. His commitment to excellence is evident in his role as he meticulously monitors all residential roofing projects, ensuring that each job meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
In addition to his role in residential roofing, Steve also spearheads our new construction division, forging partnerships with nationwide home builders and leading our team to success in this dynamic sector of the industry.
Beyond his professional achievements, Steve is a dedicated coach and family man. Since 2020, he has served as the Head Coach for the Lake Wales High School Varsity Baseball team, where his leadership and guidance have propelled the team to new heights. In 2023, under his tutelage, the team reached the regional finals for the first time in three decades, a testament to Steve’s passion for the sport and his ability to inspire excellence in others.
When he’s not on the field or at work, Steve can often be found indulging in his love for fishing or spending cherished moments with his family. His unwavering dedication to both his professional responsibilities and personal pursuits is a testament to his character and commitment to making a positive impact in all aspects of his life.
JARED JOYNER
Commercial Service Manager
Jared was born with a passion for service and a love for his community. His journey began in Lake Wales, where his family relocated when he was just two years old. Nestled in the heart of this picturesque town, Jared’s roots have remained firmly planted ever since.
His dedication to serving others led him to a career in law enforcement, where he spent a remarkable twelve years protecting and serving the people of his community. During this time, Jared honed his skills in communication, problem-solving, and client care, earning him recognition for his outstanding performance and unwavering commitment.
In a pivotal career move, Jared joined the esteemed Taylor’s Roofing team, where he seamlessly transitioned into the role of a client care specialist. With his innate ability to connect with people and his relentless drive for excellence, Jared quickly became an invaluable asset to the company.
Driven by a desire to challenge himself continually, Jared embarked on a new chapter in his career by setting his sights on the position of Commercial Service Manager. With his characteristic self-direction and a deeply engaged mindset, Jared is determined to leverage his skills and traits to excel in this elevated role, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Jared finds joy and fulfillment in his personal life. An avid outdoorsman, he relishes the opportunity to immerse himself in nature through activities like hunting, fishing, and riding ATVs. His adventures are often shared with his beloved wife, with whom he enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations. As a devoted father of three boys, Jared cherishes the time spent playing sports and creating cherished memories with his family.
